Terms of Service

Effective date: September 13, 2026. These terms are prepared for owner review before paid promotion and are not attorney-reviewed.

Service products

Kindly Attend offers QR RSVP for $39, Custom Digital Invitation for $59, and Custom Digital Invitation + RSVP for $79. Each hosted product includes one initial custom design from approved customer intake, one consolidated revision round, and up to 120 days of hosting.

Custom quotes and add-ons

Additional 30-day hosting periods are $10 each. Additional customer-requested revision rounds are $15 each. Rush work, custom domains, large guest workflows, unusual interactions, bespoke integrations, or features outside the base scope require a separate quote when available.

Payment

Submitting the intake form is a request, not an accepted order and not a payment obligation. We review the request first. Payment instructions or a PayPal invoice will follow after any missing details are confirmed.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event wording, dates, location details, design direction, guest questions, and any RSVP setup details needed before production begins. Customers must have permission to use any supplied names, images, wording, or other content.

Revisions

Every invitation or styled RSVP order includes one initial custom design from approved customer intake and one consolidated revision round. A revision round means one collected list of reasonable changes submitted together, not unlimited back-and-forth editing. Corrections required because Kindly Attend entered approved customer information incorrectly are included. Additional customer-requested revision rounds are $15 each. Major scope changes require a separate quote.

Hosting extensions

Additional hosting is available for $10 per additional 30 days. Hosting is not permanent, lifetime, or unlimited.

Cancellation and refunds

A full refund is available before production begins. After custom work begins, payment is non-refundable because the work is individualized, except when Kindly Attend cancels or applicable law requires otherwise. If Kindly Attend cannot deliver the accepted base scope, the remedy is a refund of the undelivered portion or another mutually agreed remedy.

Ownership and portfolio use

Customers keep ownership of customer-supplied event content. Kindly Attend keeps ownership of its underlying templates, code, tools, and design system. Private event work is not used in a public portfolio without explicit permission.

Acceptable use and third-party services

Customers may not submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful content. The service relies on third-party hosting, email, security, analytics, and payment services that may affect availability and delivery.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided without promises of uninterrupted operation or perfect compatibility with every device or email client. To the extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
