Information collected

Kindly Attend collects customer contact details, event information submitted through intake, optional inspiration links, technical/security logs, and guest RSVP details only when an RSVP product is set up for an event.

How information is used

Information is used to prepare the requested invitation or RSVP page, communicate with the customer, organize guest responses, and operate the hosted service.

Who can access information

The operator, the event host, and service providers needed for hosting, email, security, analytics, payment, and database storage may process the information. Kindly Attend does not sell personal information.

Guest RSVP data

Guest names, responses, party size, meal selections, dietary or accessibility notes, and custom answers are shared with the event organizer when those fields are enabled for the event. Full guest lists are not displayed publicly.

Hosting and retention

Hosted products include up to 120 days of public hosting unless extended. Event pages are removed or disabled at the end of the purchased hosting period. Guest RSVP records are scheduled for removal from active systems 30 days after hosting ends, and backups expire within an additional 30 days where technically feasible. Inquiry, order, and accounting records may be retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, or longer when legally required.

Access, correction, export, and deletion

Email [email protected] to request access, correction, export, or deletion of customer or guest information. Earlier deletion requests are honored unless legal, security, or accounting obligations require limited retention.

Minors and sensitive details

Many events involve families or children. Hosts should avoid asking guests for sensitive information that is not needed for the event.

Security

Kindly Attend uses server-side validation, private admin access, bot protection support, secure headers, and environment-managed secrets. No internet service can guarantee perfect security. Customers should not submit payment card numbers or unrelated sensitive information through event forms.
