Information collected

Kindly Attend collects customer contact details, event information submitted through intake, and guest RSVP details only when an RSVP product is configured for an event.

How information is used

Information is used to prepare the requested invitation or RSVP experience, communicate with the customer, organize guest responses, and operate the hosted service.

Guest RSVP data

Guest names, responses, party size, meal selections, dietary or accessibility notes, and custom answers are shared with the event organizer when those fields are enabled for the event. Full guest lists are not displayed publicly.

Hosting and retention

Hosted products include up to 60 days of public hosting. Expiry of public hosting does not automatically delete order records or RSVP data; retention and archive handling are separate operational decisions.

Security

Kindly Attend uses server-side validation, private admin access, bot protection support, secure headers, and environment-managed secrets. Customers should not submit payment card numbers or unrelated sensitive information through event forms.
