Before production starts
We review each request before production. If anything important is missing, we will ask for it first. Payment instructions or a PayPal invoice will follow after the request is reviewed.
What to send
Send the event type, date, time, location, names or event title, and the tone you want guests to feel when they open the page. For QR RSVP orders, include the RSVP deadline and the response choices you want guests to see.
When to use the form
Use the request form even if the idea is not fully finished. It keeps the details organized and gives us enough context to confirm scope, spot missing information, and send the next step without a long back-and-forth.
